Test OpenRouter connectivity

/api/v1/owner/providers/openrouter/testPOST

Makes a provider request using saved configuration; it may consume provider credits. Does not create a run or authorize an operation.

Examples are synthetic and illustrate response shape; IDs, signatures, and credentials are not usable authority.
