Save a guardian draft

/api/v1/owner/workspace/guardians/{id}PUT
Requires the current draft revision. Increments the revision and invalidates its verification. Published versions and active grants remain unchanged.
Examples are synthetic and illustrate response shape; IDs, signatures, and credentials are not usable authority.
